Can’t say enough about my car buying experience at Acura of Brookfield. My salesperson, Brian, was very easy to work with and also took the time to research Acura roof rack options and part numbers for me. Paperwork was ready for me to sign when I came back to pick up the car, and the license plates were already installed. Their technology specialist patiently went through all the options on the vehicle and showed me some features I was unaware of. The car itself was spotless. The photos and description online were spot on—no surprises when I looked at the car. My impression of the dealership is that they pride themselves on giving every customer the best possible experience. They were honest and genuine in their dealings with me. I have received a great service since the point we first engage in buying a new car. Rich Bravata was kind enough to stay after hours on a Saturday for us to feel and touch the MDX. He was very thorough in the technical specs of each trim level. Never felt pressured or rushed like in other dealers. Rich worked with me through the process helping to get to a sweet spot from a payment standpoint. Great experience - thanks. As an anecdote, many years ago, I was not treated well at a BMW dealer and since then I am not even considering the brand. A good sales experience goes a long way.

Visited twice when we knew business would be closed to avoid the fair or unfair tag of “salesman hustle”. However, when we visited knowing we wanted to test drive vehicle, it might as well been closed. Brian approached us in non-aggressive way. Extremely friendly. Extremely professional, yet very personable. Just an honest guy. Answered all of our questions, made a copy of my license, handed over the keys and off we went (without him). Returned, chatted some more about our trade-in, and the next day we bought the vehicle. Although we appreciated the lack of pressure to buy, Brian was excellent in all areas of our experience- initial contact, keeping in touch, discussing pricing of similar vehicles, etc. Will without a doubt contact him when we look to purchase another vehicle. I recently bought a car here from out of state. From the beginning - staff were very helpful in arranging my purchase and installed accessories. Marcus was my first point of contact and he was fast and efficient in getting my quote together. He then handed me off to Alfredo who actually sold me my car - he knew all the features and had it set up for me within the blink of an eye. Not to be missed was Nick in the finance department; explained all the documents (especially important as an out of state buyer). Lastly I want to give special thanks to Mike in the service department! He hooked me up with these awesome carrying bags for my new wheels/tires so they were easy to handle and didn't dirty up my new car interior.

This was my first purchase with Brookfield Acura and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very responsive to all of my questions prior to meeting with them and couldn’t be more friendly and honest when I went to the dealership to purchase my MDX. They have a really nice showroom, a nice lounge with complimentary refreshments when you bring your car in for service and great areas to set up your laptop to knock out work if you choose to wait for your car. I felt the price we landed on for the MDX for a lease was very fair and surprisingly less than what I expected to pay.

I received personal treatment from Dan in helping diagnosis a problem with a dashboard light. He took care of it promptly, provided a loaner, and fixed the issue with a detailed explanation. This car is used by our daughter to drive 20 miles to school each day. I purchased it new and it now has over 190,000 miles on it. Brian Hoppe was our salesperson and he was great. He made the purchase smooth from testing the car to purchasing it. Communicating prior to test drive was easy. I sent a message and they reached out and were able to set up an appointment on the same day. No spam calls, just text for communication as we preferred. Upon arrival, Brian was very thoughtful and had warmed up the car for us to test drive. We were able to immediately hop in and test drive without having to worry about warming up the engine or having a hovering salesperson in the backseat. He was not pushy at all, and he didn't have to be. The cars here speak for themselves. You could tell the car was well taken care of and maintained to Acura of Brookfield's high standards. We were able to test drive for a while before confirming the purchase. Although it was past working hours, Brian stayed late to set us up for financing. He took care of us and made sure we had drinks and snacks. The price was reasonable and on top of that Brian set us up with even better financing rates than we had initially hoped for. It was a easy yes. We were able to wrap up signing papers and pick it up the next day which took not even an hour. The car was newly washed, tank full, car warmed up, and parked in front for our convenience. It also had Acura merch plus a little gift. Fun! It made the experience great and throughly seamless. Note, we had been searching for a car for over two months dealing with shady dealerships and salespersons who were pushy and deceptive. This dealership and it's employees were nothing like that.
