As a courtesy to our customers, we offer:

• Shuttle Service
• Rental Vehicles
• Acura Loaner Vehicles
• Concierge Pick-Up & Delivery
• Drop-Off your vehicle at our dealership!

Shuttle service

• Available from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. M-F.
• We will take you to and from your home or place of work in the metro area.

Rental Vehicles

• Available to Acura service customers for $40 per day.

Acura Loaner Vehicles

To continue making Acura loaner cars available to our Clients, we have instituted the following guidelines:

• Loaner cars are available to clients with warranty claims exceeding one (1) hour.
• Loaner cars are available to clients for maintenance services exceeding two (2) hours.
• Loaner cars must be reserved at the time a service appointment is made.
• Client must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and a current insurance card.
• Client must replenish fuel. Failure will result in a charge to the client.
• Client is responsible for all parking tickets and all traffic violations.
• Client is responsible for physical damage to the vehicle.
• Smoking, food, beverages and pets are not allowed in loaner vehicles.
• Loaner car is to be returned at the completion of repair. Failure will result in a $40 per day charge to the client.
