What is AcuraLink®?

If you have a recent Acura vehicle, then it likely has AcuraLink®1 services included. With this handy feature, you’ll be able to access all sorts of details about your model through your smartphone, making it easier than ever before to stay up to date and informed. Basic
Depending on your Acura’s year and trim, you’ll be able to utilize numerous features when you connect your smartphone to AcuraLink®. Generally, the Base package is included as a complimentary service2 with all new models and allows you to tap into a virtual Owner’s Manual, safety recalls, and even service scheduling. Furthermore, for added peace of mind, Roadside Assistance lets you benefit from 24/7 towing services, fuel delivery, and flat tire repair, so you won’t feel stranded when things go south. Finally, thanks to the Last Mile feature, you can receive walking directions to your destination after parking your Acura.
Security
For added peace of mind, you have the option to enroll in the AcuraLink® Security tier. By upgrading to this, you’ll be able to get in touch with a live agent in the event that you’re involved in an accident. That way, you don’t have to call a friend or contact a towing service. In addition to the aforementioned benefits of the Basic package, you’ll also gain emergency calling and enhanced Roadside Assistance. Not to mention, if you ever need to restore your Acura’s factory settings, the Personal Data Wipe feature allows you to do with just a few taps. Clearly, AcuraLink® has your best interests in mind!
Remote & Concierge
Finally, for the utmost in assistance, go with either the Remote or Concierge levels. With the former, you’ll gain a wide array of smartphone-based functions, ranging from remote start and lock to stolen vehicle locator. In addition, you can even take advantage of Key by Amazon in-car delivery3, which allows packages to be placed in your vehicle when you grant certain individuals access to your trunk. Speaking of which, Amazon Alexa Skill makes it possible to send certain commands to your model via your Alexa device at home. And for the utmost in luxury, treat yourself to the Concierge tier, as this makes it possible for you to benefit from all the services mentioned so far, in addition to hotel and restaurant reservations at your request.

“ Brian Hoppe was our salesperson and he was great. He made the purchase smooth from testing the car to purchasing it. Communicating prior to test drive was easy. I sent a message and they reached out and were able to set up an appointment on the same day. No spam calls, just text for communication as we preferred. Upon arrival, Brian was very thoughtful and had warmed up the car for us to test drive. We were able to immediately hop in and test drive without having to worry about warming up the engine or having a hovering salesperson in the backseat. He was not pushy at all, and he didn't have to be. The cars here speak for themselves. You could tell the car was well taken care of and maintained to Acura of Brookfield's high standards. We were able to test drive for a while before confirming the purchase. Although it was past working hours, Brian stayed late to set us up for financing. He took care of us and made sure we had drinks and snacks. The price was reasonable and on top of that Brian set us up with even better financing rates than we had initially hoped for. It was a easy yes. We were able to wrap up signing papers and pick it up the next day which took not even an hour. The car was newly washed, tank full, car warmed up, and parked in front for our convenience. It also had Acura merch plus a little gift. Fun! It made the experience great and throughly seamless. Note, we had been searching for a car for over two months dealing with shady dealerships and salespersons who were pushy and deceptive. This dealership and it's employees were nothing like that.
