I sent a message and they reached out and were able to set up an appointment on the same day. No spam calls, just text for communication as we preferred. Upon arrival, Brian was very thoughtful and had warmed up the car for us to test drive. We were able to immediately hop in and test drive without having to worry about warming up the engine or having a hovering salesperson in the backseat. He was not pushy at all, and he didn't have to be. The cars here speak for themselves. You could tell the car was well taken care of and maintained to Acura of Brookfield's high standards. We were able to test drive for a while before confirming the purchase. Although it was past working hours, Brian stayed late to set us up for financing.
