Although not part of the most recent visit, service area and personnel has always been great and now with the new service area and the accelerated service for oil changes and basic service, it's even better. The new customer waiting area is a great spot to hang out while waiting. All adds to a reason to consider this dealership.

I have always had superb service at this dealership, but they got me out of quite a bind last week. The evening before I was to leave for an out of town trip using my vehicle, my check emission light came on. I called the dealership and they told me to drop off my MDX for assessment and repairs and take a loaner, knowing I had a longer drive and wouldn't be able to return it for 4 days. Collin expedited the paperwork as I was in a hurry to exchange vehicles. I was in and out in 10 minutes and was able to check out the features on the newer model while making the road trip. Thank you so much for making that unexpected hiccup seamless! Good customer service means a lot to me!

This was my first Acura purchase. I purchased an Acura RDX. The whole experience was great. Erika was my sales rep. She focused on what I was looking for. I never felt pressured. Erika made sure plenty of time for test driving and also that I had all my questions answered. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The finance process with Brian was quick and smooth. Andy went over the tech features of of the RDX and answered all my questions . He also relayed info on the service department. The Bouquet of roses was a nice unexpected touch to this car buying experience. The whole experience was pleasurable. I would highly recommend Brookfield Acura and Erika.
